It is in fact a welcoming holiday home in northern Sardinia by the sea, located on the north-eastern coast, in the territory of Budoni. The property is surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, which refreshes and purifies the air of the surroundings.
Guests have exclusive access to a beautiful newly built swimming pool, a solarium on the roof, and comfortable garden furniture.
Villa Lara d'Oriente has got four bedrooms. The bathrooms and the kitchen are furnished with care and embellished with delicious Sardinian tiles.

In total, the villa can comfortably accommodate up to eight people.

Superb villa in Capo Coda Cavallo, in the territory of San Teodoro. The private swimming pool with rounded shapes guarantees fun and the possibility to cool off during the hot summer days. The property maximizes the privacy of guests and offers a magnificent view of the stretch of sea facing it.
The building is on two levels: a ground floor with a living area, a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom; in the basement, there are four bedrooms, a living area, a further kitchen, three bathrooms and a very useful laundry.

The total capacity of the villa is twelve people.

This particular villa features a unique design, designed by a small group of friends, who are all architects. It is tastefully furnished in a modern style, but with the use of natural shades. The property was built on the incredible rocks of Costa Paradiso, which give a wild air to the whole area. The holiday home rests on a hill, in a position with a breathtaking view, which at the same time preserves the privacy of the Guests. The main building is built on a single level. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room, four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
On the lower level, there is also a practical “dependence”.

In total, Il Rifugio degli Architetti can comfortably accommodate up to twelve people.
