Villa Cercueil enjoys a privileged position as it is located in a breathtaking naturalistic context and a few steps from the splendor that characterizes the renowned village of Porto Cervo, emblem and apex of the Costa Smeralda architectural style. In fact, this village is considered an open-air museum thanks to the picturesque walks that wind through examples of unique architecture and that host high fashion shops, typical rooms and luxury residences. 750 meters from the villa there is the beach of Porto Paglia which looks like a sandy moon's sandy inlet, surrounded by the Mediterranean scrub and sheltered by the mistral.

At 1.4 km there is the inlet of the Pevero golf with its crystal clear waters and its fine sand. In addition, for trekking lovers, 3 km from the villa there is the Pevero Health Trail: a health path that crosses the bay of Porto Liccia and that of the pevero totally a contact with nature and equipped with various fitness stations. Or again, for Golf lovers, at 6 km there is the Pevero Golf Club, characterized by a spectacular view of the homonymous gulf.

Interior Description

Villa Cercueil is a holiday villa in Sardinia with pool built on two levels. On the ground floor there is a large and bright open space composed of a living area with stone fireplace and a dining room, entirely in classic style and in which the pervasiveness of the white typical of the Mediterranean style contrasts harmoniously with the dark shades of the wood present in the essential forms of the house such as the beams of the ceiling and the architraves that separate the various environments.

Large window doors separate the open space from the external veranda creating a continuum of light and colors that illuminates the whole house and gives it a warm feeling of the house, thanks to the fact that the common spaces have been designed to be completely open. On the same floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen that gives the outside and also furnished with clear and soft colors that are well married with the living of the floor. The same contrast given by the white with wooden colors also remains in the double bedroom with en-suite bathroom which is characterized by a spectacular panoramic view of the swimming pool and the sea.

The upper floor of this villa with pool in Sardinia comprises two large and bright double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom: the first has a spacious external veranda and, in the style, here is added the decisive shade of turquoise that creates a strong synergy with the surrounding panorama.
