Villetta L'Incanto della Sirena is located within a residential complex in the centre of Porto Cervo and a short distance from its renowned harbour promenade 'Promenade du Port'. This famous exhibition, active throughout the summer season, is characterised by the presence of haute couture brands and gourmet restaurants. The entire village of Porto Cervo, the result of the expert work of world-famous architects, can be considered an open-air museum.

The Spiaggia del Giglio (Lily Beach) is located next to the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda and just 1.3 km away from this lovely holiday villa in Sardinia. This beach is a small sandy cove with endless amber and pinkish hues and crystal-clear waters dotted with turquoise. About 1.8 km away is the exclusive Cala Granu Beach, characterised by a shallow sandy seabed and emerald waters.

At a distance of 2.5 km is the beach of Liscia di Vacca: a beach of coarse white sand completely surrounded by rocks and very popular, as its position places it sheltered from the winds. 2.8 km away is the Gulf of Pevero, a half-moon inlet that is home to one of the best beaches in Costa Smeralda: a sandy beach of fine white sand that opens up to a transparent expanse of turquoise, all framed by the colours and aromas of the Mediterranean maquis.

Villetta L'Incanto della Sirena is a perfect choice for your holidays in Sardinia whether you are looking for relaxation or recreation. This Sardinia villa rental is suitable for hosting up to 3 people. In order to welcome the guest, a bright open space furnished in a semi rustic style with references to elements that are typical of the architectural style of the Costa Smeralda. This open space consists of a large dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and a living area. On the same floor there is also a double bedroom fully equipped in the typical Sardinian style.

Please note:

- the swimming pool is open from 15/05 to 1/10 at the following times: from 10 to 13 and from 15 to 20.
- padel costs are € 40 for an hour and a half in the low season and € 60 for an hour and a half in high season. The price of the rackets amounts to € 5 each.

The interior of the villa may be slightly different depending on the booking and the period. However, photos will be sent before arrival.
