Villetta Leucosia is a beautiful and private apartment for rent in Sardinia located within a residential complex in the heart of Porto Cervo, where it is possible to find a shared pool and, for sports lovers, a padel court.
The villetta is accessible via a paved path flanked by leafy aromatic hedges. Going through a short staircase, the patio can be reached. This, characterised by a very large and irregular layout, features a relaxation area with comfortable sofas and harmchairs, as well as some deck chairs. Furthermore, Villetta Leucosia enjoys great privacy and a breathtaking view of the port.

Attractions
Villetta Leucosia is located not far from the heart of Porto Cervo, Costa Smeralda. In fact, walking for about ten minutes you can reach the renowned Promenade du Port with its maze of picturesque streets that wind through world-famous examples of architecture that house high fashion shops and typical restaurants.
Furthermore, 5 km away, in the village of Baja Sardinia, there are two very acclaimed club: the Phi Beach and the Ritual Club. The first is particularly known for its breathtaking sunsets which can be admired comfortably seated on armchairs and enjoying an aperitif. The second one, however, is known for its particular place: an ancient ruined castle that houses various rooms with music and from which you can enjoy the unique colors and scents of Gallura as well as spend moments of fun in company.
Furthermore, some of the most beautiful beaches of the coast are easily reachable from Villetta Leucosia: less than 2 km away there are two small but welcoming and reserved beaches which are the beach of Cala Granu and the beach of Dolce Sposa. 3 km away is the fantastic beach of the Golfo del Pevero, very popular for its crystal clear waters and fine white sand.
Interior Description
Villetta Leucosia is a Sardinia holiday letting that has been furnished with a strong preference for white and, more generally, light pastel colours which have the advantage of spreading light inside the house, giving it a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This brightness is mainly provided by the larg french windows which connect the patio to the large open space consisting of a sofa bed and a table with a view. In a separated room there is a small kitchen in light wood with skilful finishing and fully equipped.
The spleeping area is divided into two beautiful double bedrooms, both in Sardinian style which is characterised by an abundance of light and raw wood, elements that recall the sea and finely embroidered ornamental fabrics with geometric and floral motifs. This style is able to make the environment very welcoming and comfortable.
Please note:
- The swimming pool is open from 15/05 to 1/10 at the following times: from 10 to 13 and from 15 to 20;
- Padel costs are € 40,00 for an hour and a half in the low season and € 60,00 for an hour and a half in high season. The price of the rackets amounts to € 5,00 each.
The interior of the house may be slightly different depending on the booking and period, photos will however be sent before arrival.
