We welcome you to the outdoor spaces of this villa in Costa Paradiso. Here at the Villetta Ginepro Arancione you can take a dip in the shared swimming pool, which will be at your complete disposal as well as always visible from the property. You will have a veranda and consequently an excellent refreshment point before and after the sea. The house is surrounded by the greenery of the Mediterranean scrub and a very suggestive view of the beautiful landscape of Costa Paradiso.

The characteristics rocky coves Li Baietti and Le Sorgenti are just 450 meters away, from the villa while the fascinating beach of Li Cossi is 1500 meters far and it can be reached via a path immersed in a beautiful natural scenery.
The nearest airport and port is Olbia Costa Smeralda 85 Km and Alghero 95 Km.
Costa Paradiso, despite its respect for nature and the surrounding environment, nevertheless has services for anyone who decides to spend their holidays there. From mini-markets to bars and restaurants serving typical cuisine, open-air spaces for practising numerous sports (water and non-water) and a medical service available throughout the summer season.

This Sardinia villa consists of a cosy living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one double and one with three single beds and two bathrooms. The sofa bed is perfect for a kid or a young adult.
Pets are allowed upon request, with an additional cost of €100.00 per pet.
