Are you thinking of booking one of our beautiful villas with pool in Sardinia for your holiday? Here are the answers to the questions most frequently asked by our guests.
- How can I book a villa for the period of my choice?
Renting a villa in Sardinia through our website will allow you to find the best available rate. You can proceed by yourself by selecting the dates on the calendar of the desired villa and proceed to the payment step (you can pay by credit card or bank transfer). Please note: most of our villas in Sardinia are subject to further confirmation of availability by the owners. We will contact you as soon as possible for final confirmation. Alternatively, you can contact our reservations office for a free personalised quotation. We are available by phone, Whatsapp or email to find the best solution for you. All you have to do is pack your bags! - What is the cancellation policy for the villa I have chosen? In the event of cancellation, please notify our booking team in writing as soon as possible. In general, cancellation policies depend on the type of villa booked. We can summarise them as follows: free cancellation is expected within 60 days of the arrival date for large villas and/or villas with private pool; within 30 days for smaller villas without pool. Once this period has expired, the amount to be retained will be calculated according to the number of days remaining from the date of arrival, which can be found on our Reservation policies page.
- Are pets allowed in the villa? Pets are welcome in most of our rental villas for a small fee. However, we recommend that you contact our booking team to let us know that you will be travelling with pets and to ensure that they are allowed in the villas you are interested in.
- Is electricity, water and gas included in the final price? It depends: some of our villas include the cost of utilities in the final booking price. Others require a further payment based on your consumption, which is calculated at check-out. You can check the terms and conditions for each villa (as well as the consumption price, if applicable) on the website.
- How does the deposit work? The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or credit card. Once your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you all the information you need to complete the deposit within the terms you have been given.
- Do you have any villas that are within walking distance of the beach? Yes, we have several villas situated within walking distance of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia. Please refer to the description of each villa on our website for specific information on its location and distance to the nearest beaches.
- Do the villas have Wi-Fi? Most of our villas have Wi-Fi included in the rental price. You can stay in touch with friends and family, upload your holiday photos or simply stream your favourite platforms! In all other cases, internet access is available on request at a daily charge. However, we invite you to check the villa descriptions for the presence of Wi-Fi and, if necessary, contact us to request it
- I need to add additional services to my booking, such as car rental, excursion booking. Can I contact you? Absolutely. We have a concierge service dedicated exclusively to our guests, who can advise on nearby attractions and restaurants, as well as booking cars, excursions, home chefs and so on. We will do everything we can to make your holiday in Sardinia unforgettable, just contact our concierge by email, Whatsapp or phone.
- Is there a minimum stay? The owners of our properties usually require a minimum stay of between 3 and 7 nights, depending on the season and type of villa. We therefore recommend that you contact our booking team for further confirmation of the minimum stay so that an ideal match can be found for both you and the owners.
- Can I check in early/check out late? Check-in is from 16:00 to 21:00. However, should the property be vacant prior to your arrival, we would be happy to allow you to check in earlier for a small surcharge. Check-out is by 10:00 am. It is important to respect this time so that we can prepare the villa for the next guests. Again, if we do not have another reservation for the same property, we can allow a late check out for an additional charge.
